Founded in 1989, The Corridor Group, Inc. (TCG) is an industry leader for consulting, executive search, eLearning and in home care and hospice consulting, executive search and educational products and services. TCG has gained a strong reputation through its work and understanding of issues that impact the markets it serves.
Situation:
TCG desired the development of a new brand image for their services and products. Also, due to the increasing competitive landscape of similar services and products, TCG needed the best brand solution in order to position their organization and differentiate them from the competition. Refinement of market position and key messaging was a top priority. TCG also wanted cost-effective ways to stay highly visible – giving the perception that “they are everywhere.”
Result:
From the information obtained in a perception survey, updated messaging, brand image and collateral were developed. A new site for TCG along with a new eCommerce backend were launched. Brand recognition has increased, traffic to site as well as bounce rates have all improved significantly. Most importantly sales have increased 3 fold.
